Responsibilities
- Analyze web/app service requirements and plan user-centered services
- Use generative AI to support planning, generate ideas, and shape UX direction
- Use AI-based tools to produce UI mockups and design concepts
- Design wireframes and prototypes in Figma and manage deliverables
- Design major user flows, define scenarios, and detail functional requirements
- Design user personas and journey maps; establish information architecture (IA)
- Write proposals and conduct project planning through RFP analysis

Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of experience
- IA design and UI/UX planning skills optimized for user experience
- Ability to detail requirements through user flow and scenario definition
- Ability to derive screen designs, UI structures, and design direction using AI
- Ability to analyze user behavior and derive insights from data-driven thinking
- Smooth collaboration with development teams based on system structure (DB, API) understanding
- Flexible communication with diverse stakeholders including clients and internal members
- Attention to detail to elevate deliverable quality
- Thorough and systematic execution
- Responsible and self-directed planner attitude
- Ability to build collaborative relationships through trust with team members
- Continuous self-development to apply AI tools to practical work

Preferred
- Rich experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI
- Experience using AI for screen design, UI mockups, and UX ideation
- Experience in UI/UX design or service planning/consulting projects
- Experience in user-behavior-based design grounded in UX psychology
- Experience in data analysis, A/B testing, FGI, and research-driven improvement
- Experience designing services that balance user experience with business goals
- Experience collaborating with development teams based on system structure (DB, API) understanding
- Strong experience or understanding of Agile and Scrum-based projects
- Experience at an agency or with digital platform builds and operations
- Experience with large-scale services in finance, telecom, e-commerce, etc.
