What are the document screening criteria?
We carefully review whether your abilities can be fully realized at cream, and whether your experience matches the role cream expects.
What is the hiring process?
After document review, we contact those who pass to request an interview. We coordinate the schedule and venue. In-person interviews may run up to a second round depending on the position, and results follow within a week. If you wish to join, an offer discussion follows.
Anything to note when applying?
Submit documents that carefully describe the abilities relevant to the role you want. False statements may halt or cancel your application. Please exclude sensitive personal data such as your resident registration number.
Can I apply to multiple positions?
There's no limit on multiple applications. Note that after review, we may suggest the position that fits you best.
Can I re-apply after being rejected?
There's no limit on the number of applications. If you re-apply with updated documents, we'll review them attentively.
Is there an interview dress code?
cream respects each applicant's individuality. Come in whatever lets you interview most comfortably.
How are interviews conducted?
Interviews are in person, reviewing both practical competency and fit with cream's culture. They run 30 minutes to an hour — the first with the working team and HR, the second with executives and HR. Feel free to bring any documents you couldn't submit.
What happens after I pass?
When you pass, HR notifies you by text and proposes terms for the offer discussion. Once you decide to join and the start date and terms are agreed, we send the offer letter by email.
